What To Wear

It is important that your Pilates attire is something that allows you to move and stretch freely.
Loose is ok, but avoid baggy so that instructors are able to see your bone alignment and muscle engagement.
Baggy clothes can also become uncomfortably revealing during a Pilates workout. Pilates is usually done
barefoot however, Pilates socks can be purchased at Studio V. Avoid excessive jewelry
(i.e. long necklaces, earrings and bracelets) to prevent injury.

What To Bring

At Studio V,  we provide all of the equipment you will need for your
Pilates workout so all you need to bring is yourself. If you are doing a Kangoo class, you can bring your own boots or use ours for a small fee.
